About our business
Born from the 2017 NSW droughts, Onvanti set out on a mission to conserve water and promote hygiene and convenience. Specialising in sensor taps, we've made our mark in shopping centres, offices, hospitality, and particularly in the “Care” industries (healthcare, aged care, and childcare).
Our products are fully compliant with Australian Standards (Watermark and 6 Star WELS) as well as AS1428.1 (DDA) compliant.
Currently, our top 2 priorities are:
1) Ensuring quality assurance through the entire process from pre-manufacturing to QC prior to dispatching orders. We understand solenoid valves and sensors inside out.
2) R&D for future product lines, with a sensor soap dispenser range and gooseneck sensor taps already in progress.
Our products are recognised in high-profile locations like Sydney's Centre Point tower, Melbourne's North Blackburn Shopping Centre, and numerous healthcare facilities across Australia. Our sensor taps are also specified in major refurbishments like the $5m renovation of 55 Collins St Melbourne and the $479m redevelopment of Ryde Hospital.
Onvanti sensor taps are stocked, quality checked, and shipped from our Unanderra (NSW) warehouse. We currently maintain 1,000 units of each model in stock, with a 12-week lead time for new production runs. Refinishing is performed locally with a 2–6-week lead time (dependent upon the required finish).

Our Approach to business
During market research, end customers of our products made it clear that they seek reliable products at affordable price points. That’s why we focus on efficient manufacturing as well as continuous quality assurance. Australian Standard testing is a great starting point, but we go over and above and perform quality checks on the production line, post-production, and pre-dispatch. Our sensor taps are backed by a 5-year parts/ replacement & 12 months labour warranty.
Onvanti is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience. The following 3 pillars are in place to ensure on-time delivery and management of interruptions.
1) It’s our policy to keep a minimum of 600 units of stock ready for final QC and dispatch.
2) All orders are maintained and updated in our inventory and CRM systems.
3) We have the capacity and ability to call on additional local casual resources to assist where required.
